TERMS OF SERVICE.

payment terms

  • Payment process will be 50% before the sketching stage and 50% before the finalizing stage.

  • Refunds will be only given if I haven't started working on your commission or if I won't be able to complete your order.

  • All payments are requested through PayPal invoice in USD.

GENERAL TERMS

  • I reserve the right to decline any commissions.

  • Commissions are strictly for non-commercial/personal use. For commercial use, the rights must be purchased.

  • The commission process takes 1-2 weeks after full payment and approval of the sketch.

  • Changes can be made during sketching phase. Minor adjustments are ok after finished.

  • Credit must be given if you chose to use or upload a commission somewhere.

  • I reserve the right to post commissions for use as a personal portfolio.

  • Submitting the commission request indicates you agree to all of the ToS above.
