TERMS OF SERVICE.

payment terms

  • Payment must be made in full upfront before work begins.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the artist is unable to complete the commission.

  • All payments are requested through PayPal invoice in USD.

GENERAL TERMS

  • Revisions are not available unless there are significant differences from the provided reference or important character details were omitted.

  • Commissions are strictly for non-commercial/personal use. For commercial use, the rights must be purchased.

  • The commission process takes between 1-2 weeks after the payment has been made.

  • Credit must be given if a commission is used or uploaded anywhere.

  • The artist reserves the right to dispay commissioned artwork in a personal portfolio with credit and at a reduced quality.

  • If the client requests characters from intellectual properties they do not own (e.g., fanart of existing characters), the client assumes full responsibility for the use of the commissioned work. The artist is not responsible for any DMCA claims related to the use of copyrighted characters.

  • Submitting the commission request indicates you agree to all of the ToS above.
